The equipment used may include such items as Lighting stands, truss systems, speaker stands and other constructions. The area provided must be both safe and practical. If the DJ deems that the venue is unsafe, the Company reserves the right to refuse to set up, and in this case the full fee would still be payable, as the Company has turned up, but is prevented from working by Health & Safety Issues which are the Clients responsibility.

insurance. We are covered by Public Liability insurance. This will provide insurance cover for the venue and your guests from our equipment. If an accident is caused by a guest, we reserve the right to claim against the guest for our damages.

 

 

The Client will provide adequate supervision of all guests, customers, staff or any other person at the venue, and will be liable for any loss or damage to the equipment caused by guests, customers or staff. In the event of circumstances deemed by the entertainment which present a real or implied threat of harm or injury to the DJ or equipment, then the entertainment reserves the right to cease performance until such time that the Client resolves the threatening situation. The entertainment reserves the right to deny any person, including guest, customer, or staff access to recordings or equipment

2.The entertainment personnel will conduct themselves in a proper manner throughout their attendance at the venue, and will respond to the Client's request as to the volume levels, sitting of equipment, and/or any other reasonable requests.
